In addition to training teachers, we recognise the value of upskilling teachers and organisation staff so that they may become trainers themselves and pass on their knowledge and skills to others.

Because of our limited staff and the high demand for training, we are finding ways to support organisations to continually grow their own capacity internally. Therefore, we are in the process of developing courses that allow teachers, trainers and other staff to better manage the task of training their own teams. Our facilitation and online facilitation trainings aim to give individuals the skills and confidence to train their own colleagues, as well as to be able to use those skills in other work environments, such as staff meetings and online meetings, or at other organisational events where leadership and initiative are in high demand, such as strategic planning and budgeting sessions.

In these trainings as with all Mote Oo trainings, our team first model best practices; Participants are then given opportunities to practise facilitating, giving feedback and presenting information to their colleagues.
