Teacher Training

Mote Oo’s teacher training team is a small but passionate team of teacher educators. Working closely with partners to support their long-term professional development, they systematically upskill teachers and teacher trainers through adapting trainings to the individual needs of the partner, and offering follow-ups, observation, monitoring and mentoring opportunities.

In addition to the core work with teachers from across Myanmar, they work to support training staff from a variety of organisations and sectors, and build their capacity to facilitate, to train and to mentor their colleagues.

Because our team is small and in high demand, we humbly request that, if you would like to work with us in the training of your teachers or your staff, you contact us at the earliest opportunity and give us a minimum of three months to fit your training needs into our schedule.

Partners are always needs-assessed prior to commencing training, which is, as much as possible, factored into our three-month window.
